All roles are currently being recruited with the highest priority jobs listed below.


Artisans;
Dedicated Crafters: High Priority
Dedicated Gatherers: High Priority

Raid schedule:
N/A

On the dynamic group days is when all are welcome and we will rotate through members on a week by week basis the priority list will be as follows;
Raiders
Non-Raiders
Static members

The dynamic group days are for giving those on the bench for the static and any non raiders who wish to participate a chance to do so. Since static group members have dedicated days to raid already they will be later in the rotation as a result of this.

Requirements;

• Can speak and write fluently in english.
• Reliability! if you can make it to an event please notify us in advance via our forums.
• Can take constructive criticism if given and willing to improve.
• Have motivation to play FFXIV outside of raiding.
• While speaking isn't enforced, being present on teamspeak for raids is mandatory.
• Egotistical, toxic and immature individuals need not apply.
